Packaging – To reduce waste and save on shipping costs, you may receive your order in a previously used box (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)

Shipping - Products will be shipped within three business days after payment has been received and processed. Please make sure you have a complete & current mailing address on file. I will not be responsible for misdirected packages due to an incorrect address provided by a buyer.

Returns - I do not accept returns, but please contact me with any questions or concerns. Cancellations will be accepted as long as the product has not shipped already.

Care Instructions - Wood flowers are easy to take care of. If they get dusty, gently blow the dust off. Do not get them wet. They can be placed outside in a sheltered area away from the elements but high humidity or rain can ruin the flowers. Store in a cool dry place.
